These recordings were not recorded in this studio, however they were recorded by myself with a shoestring budget recording kit well before the concept of this studio had been even imagined.  They were recorded in various locations including pub function rooms, empty warehouses, tiny mezzanine attic rooms in residential flats, spare bedrooms, cellars, bathrooms, you name it I’ve probably recorded there!

Mr. Bifter ‘Disappear’ – Recorded 2006

This was recorded primarily on a Roland VS880EX digital 8 track using 5 budget mics around the drum kit in a pub and the rest recorded in a bathroom/ spare bedroom setup.

Mr. Bifter ‘Halo for a dojo’ – Recorded 2010

With a drummer absent from the band, this gem emerged from a tiny setup in a mezzanine attic.

Mr. Bifter ‘Breeze’ – Recorded 2012

The introduction of electronic drums to the studio made this track easier to record with the absence of a drummer, meaning it could be basically played into the studio PC recording the MIDI information and then programmed to suit.

Matt Hogg ‘Last of all there’s Pluto too (The planets song)’ Recorded 2014

This little ditty is a song a good friend of mine wrote for his (at the time) 2 year old daughter who was showing an interest in space! He came round with a vocal melody and left around 6 hours later with this!

Nohome UK ‘The red between the blue‘ – Recorded 1999 (ish!)

One of the first bands I recorded after finishing college, using my parents bathroom and office as a live room/ control room setup I majorly, and naively annoyed my supportive parents! CAUTION, contains a little bit of swearing!
